Making holiday memories

Since 1991, Jazz has been providing magical holiday experiences for deserving children in the many communities we serve. We organize Searching for Santa mission flights and welcome children aboard special Jazz flights to the ‘North Pole’ in search of Santa using special radar equipment ‘powered’ by Christmas spirit and carol-singing.

Many businesses contribute to the operation of these flights and Jazz wishes to extend ongoing thanks to each organization.

A tremendous amount of work is involved, but seeing the smiles and excitement on the faces of each child is the ultimate gift for our employees!

Jazz Blue Skies Foundation

Launched in 2024, the Jazz Blue Skies Foundation marks a new chapter in how Jazz invests in the communities where our employees live and work. The Foundation reflects our belief that meaningful community impact is strongest when it is shaped by the people who know those communities best – our employees.

Blue Skies is an employee directed initiative that provides funding and support to organizations and causes nominated by Jazz employees, with a focus on fostering healthy communities and inclusive skies. Support is delivered through three primary streams: employee nominated community organizations, employee volunteerism awards, and the continuation of long standing legacy initiatives, such as Jazz’s “Searching for Santa” events, Pride, Movember, and more.

Through the Jazz Blue Skies Foundation, we are proud to invest in community initiatives that align with our values and are championed from within our organization.
